Located in downtown Belmar, at the New Jersey shore, Sea Lavender is an authentic Montessori school for students ages 6-12. Elementary students thrive in the rigorous academics of the Montessori curriculum, aligned with New Jersey state standards, while exploring the freedom to focus on areas driven by their own curiosities and interests.

Sea Lavender Montessori works in partnership with Rising Tide Montessori, an education innovation center designed to increase the impact and accessibility of Montessori education. Sea Lavender provides a space to develop and test new curricula with the world’s leading Montessori trainers and teachers, ensuring that Sea Lavender consistently and authentically implements Montessori education for children.

Sea Lavender is committed to providing financial assistance to families in order to ensure that Montessori education is made available to any family who wants it.
